3 weeks to go until Kat Manchip and I take on the Paris Marathon, its getting closer and scarier.... A huge thankyou to all who have donated money to the cause - we are now on £1640 - and so many people have been so generous.

We are now preparing for our next long training run tomorrow, Kat is doing 20 miles, I am doing 13, so we are carb-loading (my favourte bit) and nursing old injuries (falling off pavements is inadvisable for training progress) we would like to plug any more support we can muster, we need your help to reach our target of £3000 for TRUST.
