A couple of days ago Thirumaran sent a (joking) email which started: "Today when I was back from the school in the evening, I met Lakshmi on the road side and have been attracted by her. I enquired about her with her uncle and came to know that she is 40 and black in colour from her birth"
The generous sponsorship of Kat and Allie's Paris marathon run has already resulted in irrigation and the start of vegetable production.
The project is ongoing and has begun very well. It should result in a better water supply
for the children's home as well as water for the production of food.

Regular support
Thirumaran sends many thanks to all supporters of the TRUST Children's Home. Current regular standing orders from generous individuals mean that we expect to be able to send £300 - £400 every three months, which will secure the future of about three of the 43 children.
Further regular commitments (however small) will enable us, as a group, to make an even bigger difference still.
